Peisha McPhee and Michael Orland met at the world famous Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Cinegrill club where both were performing & presenting shows.  However, it wasn’t until Season 5 of American Idol that the two became close. A young beautiful girl by the name of Katharine McPhee was a contestant and Peisha was at the show every week as both Katharine’s mother and coach. Soon after, they formed a powerhouse alliance to dramatically improve the vocal and performing skills of singers globally.

Michael and Peisha started teaching master classes together in 2009 and found they had identical styles in teaching, coaching and performing philosophies. After a few overwhelmingly successful master-classes together they realized that with their combined expertise, there couldn't be a more unstoppable pair. After traveling around the country teaching master-classes to teens and adults alike, they've now joined forces to create world-class online coaching programs and products to help singers achieve their dreams.
